Looking for resources for rehab costs in Bloomfield NJ

Hello, wondering if anyone has any average costs for rehab costs for kitchen (cupboards and tiling) and bathrooms in Bloomfield / East Orange / Newark NJ (Essex County Area)  average house size sq ft 2613. I am interested in understanding the average construction costs prior to purchasing a property. Feel free to send any trusted websites that may have estimations #renovations #rehabiliation
