where is the best city, that is landlord friendly to get real estate that you can rent out to retirees? My categories new potential investor, low start up capital, open to out of state.

I would research states with older populations, then begin to look into affordability in those areas. Florida is popular for retirees, but may be expensive for traditional rental homes, so you could look into modular homes or mobile home parks. South Carolina is another good option

 Thanks

Hey Shonique!
I don't know specifically about what city is the best for retirees. But if you are looking for cash flow for cities to invest in with lower capital. I would recommend Dayton, Cleveland, and Toledo in Ohio.
Thank you

Top Cities for Renting to Retirees

1️⃣ Florida 🏡🌴 2️⃣ Alabama 🚀 3️⃣ Tennessee ⛰️ 4️⃣ Georgia 🏌️ 5️⃣ Texas 🌊

Lists of things they have in common:

  1. - Affordable Property Prices
  2. - No State Income Tax
  3. - Landlord-Friendly Laws
  4. - Retiree Demand
  5. - Low Cost of Living
Thank you! I will look into these

Post: New Investor-Which City and Why

I am looking for top 3 cities that a new investor with low capital can purchase first property, preferably multifamily by December 2025. What cities you recommend, must have at at least 2-3% increase projection of job growth, population growth and landlord friendly state OR/and retirees want to live there. So far outskirts of Dallas/Forthworth, TX, South Carolina seems promising for growth.

Post: Easement in Essex County

Hello, I am looking at purchasing in East Orange, NJ and my property has an easement where I get to use half of the driveway because it's a shared driveway. Currently, the seller has a verbal agreement to maintain the driveway with the neighbor. Is this common? Or do you have the written agreement in place where both parties agree to pay 50% of the maintenance.

Hello, wondering if anyone has any average costs for rehab costs for kitchen (cupboards and tiling) and bathrooms in Bloomfield / East Orange / Newark NJ (Essex County Area)  average house size sq ft 2613. I am interested in understanding the average construction costs prior to purchasing a property. Feel free to send any trusted websites that may have estimations #renovations #rehabiliation

Thank you Vanessa, I will keep that in mind.

Any thoughts in investing or investors in East Orange NJ? It looks up and coming.
