Hello BP crew!

I am reaching out to see if anyone could recommend an honest and reasonably priced GC in the Fayetteville area.

I live in Charlotte and have been primarily investing in the Rock Hill area but the competition has been pretty fierce so I decided to venture out to other cities. I’m currently under contract to close my first BRH in Fayetteville and it needs a full rehab. I have one contractor I have been in talks with, but I would like to get multiple bids on the job.

I would normally do the work myself but the commute from Charlotte to Fayetteville would be to taxing! So, I’m reaching out to the BP family for some help.

Any recommendations or info would be greatly appreciated!!

I know this is a pretty old thread but I wanted to reach out to you and ask if you ever came across a good GC. I’m about to close on my first Fayetteville property and in need of a GC for a complete rehab. I live in Charlotte so it’s unrealistic for me to drive back and forth and do the work myself.

@Nicholas Aiola I would prefer to work with a local CPA but I am also open to utilizing one remotely. Thank you for the suggestion!

Can anyone recommend a qualified and experienced CPA that specializes in real estate in the Charlotte, NC area? I have prepared my own taxes up until this point but feel that I now may need the expertise of a tax professional. Thank you in advance for anyone who responds! Tyler C.
