My wife and I are disagreeing on what to install in our rental units. Need help. Don't need to be right:-)

What is everyone installing these days? Class C rental units. Need recommendations for window coverings / blinds.

Like @John Warren said, I'd go with cheap white vinyl blinds for class C rentals, and I would always provide blinds or some sort of window covering for tenants in general.
