Selling a new build duplex

What’s the process to sell individual duplex units on a single lot?

Lot is big enough to build two units and zoning allows.

Request two tax parcel numbers from the city?

I appreciate any direction here!

Chris!  So....good question!  The City of Denver rarely if ever will allow a variance to allow a smaller 9,370 lot when an 11,000 lot is required for U-TU-C.  I've tried.  In my experience, they're very strict about variances (changes to Code based on an argument presented to them for different use.
