PROPERTY LINE/FENCE ADJUSTMENT
Just prepping myself in case my neighbor disputes a two-foot adjustment of my fence line. After removing a pre-existing shed that covered the fence line behind it. Checked with the city permitting office & confirms my fence is in fact 2ft short from the present measurement. Is there usually an arbitration process or does it go directly to litigation? If you could also recommend an organization that can help me, I would very much appreciate your help.
Thanks!
