Have any other real estate investors who build from the ground up noticed a significant increase in framing materials? If so, what are some strategies you are using in order to curb the additional costs? Thanks in advance!

Yes,

I have a couple projects going. The best strategy is to pump the breaks.

and wait for people to back out of projects and let the lumber mills catch up.

I've looked into metal stud framing for interior walls. Metal studs are about a buck a stud cheaper.

I've also looked into Dens glass as an OSB alternate. For wall exterior sheeting.
