Container Home Builds
Hello BiggerPockets Community!
My partner and I started investing in real East are last year. We have bought 1 SFH rental and are in the midst of purchasing a live-in flip SFH. We know there is success in rentals and flips...the ol brick and mortar way, but we've always been interested in container homes and the ecofriendly/trendy factor involved.
We have been investing in the St.Louis area and there are a couple container homes that have been built by owner/occupants so obviously it can be done.
My question to the community is, does anyone have any experience with container homes and building them. We would LOVE to build a 2 or 4 door multi family container home...but we just have so many questions and would love to connect with some people out in BiggerPockets land!
We’ve seen some “container communities” being built in Arizona and in Tennessee...but haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone yet.
