Start construction on ADU or wait
I have a property in Austin holly neighborhood. It's zoned for ADU to be built A & B unit style. I have the funds to start construction but I'm wondering if I should wait until the RE market stabilizes. There hasn't been strong signs of the Austin market being affected. I've done 2 rehab projects, but this will be my first new construction project. Should I hold off or start now?

@Christian Moreno why wait? Prices of construction probably aren't going to change and the value of your property will certainly go up with an ADU. I would go for it.
