Buying an already low priced property
Hello everyone. I would appreciate some advice. I am looking to purchase my first property. I seen a property on the market for 35k looking for cash buyers. Based on the photos the property definitely needs some tlc. If I offered 25k cash. How should I go about getting the deal, it’s my first one and I just want to get my wet now and take action. Please help
