New Construction(Chicago-Auburn Gresham)

I  vacant land and now interested in developing in new construction 2-4 unit on the Southside in the Auburn Gresham area. I've been doing lots of research. Can anyone assist with the process on getting started, permits that need to be pulled, new construction builders, etc.?
