My Modern Mixed Use Development Proposal

Hi All,
I've been pretty inactive on the site as of late... It has been a crazy year for me. New baby boy, working on 3 development proposals, and getting two new companies up and running! Anyway, I thought I would share my proposal for a modern mixed use building in the city of Rochester NY. It is on a .5 acre site, incorporates green (LEED Plat), and has innovative parking strategies.
