i bought a house in dec... and i did 15k in renovation.. i did not use licensed contractors.. they are too expensive i used my family members to do it.. i am trying to get it refinance and appraised at 100k more

1. when they go through the appraisal process during the refi.. if i didnt use licensed contractors will they care? The house looks good.. and it is fine... there is nothing wrong with it.. will they ask for letters from licensed contractors or something?

2. also i added a wall to the house and i didnt get permits for it.. during appraisal process are they going to pull up all the permits in the house to see if the wall is suppose to be there or not?
