Paint or remove dark wood paneling from flip?

I just closed on a flip that has an ARV of aproximately $220,000.It has 600 square feet of finished basement with dark wood paneling and a den upstairs with the same paneling.Is it worth it to remove the paneling or just prime and paint it?

We have done one other flip last year that already had the paneling painted and we sold it in a week or so afetr being on the market.
