Hello everyone, hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. Just got a great house under contract that has a pool that probably hasnt been used in 30 years and is completely done and useless. I want to cover it but I do not what exactly are the steps, any tips or pointers to help me out with? I will have a guy come by to give me a quote, I guessed 7k for this type of job? I dont want to completely demolish, i just want it gone so i can put grass seed over it and have a normal backyard. Anything that i should look out for? Thanks guys
