Landscaping before or after new driveway?

I am at the end of a new construction build and was wondering if it is better to take care of all the landscaping (top soil, grading, sod, paver walkway etc) and AFTER this rip out the existing driveway and lay down new asphalt? I have heard mixed things about the order of these two final tasks. Please let me know your thoughts and experiences. Thank you.
