Is this Shed going to be a Liability

My husband and I bought our first rental property. We are putting a lot of  work into it mostly on the inside.  I am concerted about this shed in the back next to the deck - I see a future liability.  See photos.  Should we remove this

shed prior to leasing the property.

Just get a new one.  They run about $300. I just torn out a shed like this in april.  Post it as free on Craigslist and someone will take it for scrap.
