Rehabbing contaminated drug home (meth)

I'm about to make offer on a single family home that was taken over by the US Marshall due to methamphetamine use in the home.  The house has been tested and the levels are known.  I have contacted a company that can come in decontaminate home and will guarantee home is cleaned enough that it will pass all health standards.  I plan to remodel the home as well and will keep the home as a long term rental.

I'm just curious if there is anyone out there who was ever gone through this process.  I would love to hear some insight.  Also looking for some potential attorney referrals that may be familiar with this type of legal work (rental contracts and waivers specific to health hazards, health inspections, liability insurance, etc).
