I am currently doing some research into planning and construction for 18,500 feet of residential attached single family paired homes consisting of 12 contemporary units broken into 6 buildings in the city of Aurora. I'm looking into constructing these units as modular homes. I was wondering if anyone would know where I would be able to find more information regarding buildings codes and permit requirements for this type of construction in the City of Aurora. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
