Hi BP!

I am considering building a new home on the lot in Winter Haven FL (Central Florida) as a rental. 

Would anybody know the least expensive cost per sq. ft. for a wood frame house under 1000 sq.ft.? 

Trying to see if it is cost effective to build a new home on the lot vs. modular home.  

If someone knows trustworthy, reputable and affordable home builders - would appreciate if you can send contact information.
