So @Tim Hall if lists are a waste of money. Where are the bulk leads?

@Ray Lai I'm in Tallahassee, Fl so it is not terribly competitive. I'm not just getting started, been at it for a little while. Driving for dollars doesn't seem to be as efficient to find deals relatively fast. Tired the probates we don't have a probate office here.
