Need advice on proposed rezoning of my primary redidence

I'm looking for any advice on the pros versus cons of such a proposal. I u Der stand there's many details needed to be more informed, however I will jot know more until Tuesday at the meeting. I guess what I really want to informed on is what questions must be asked, and is this possibly a good thing for us. Thank you do much for any advice. Here's a link, I hope it works.
