Need advice on new construction- multi family in Queens

Hi,  

In contract to purchase lot in queens.. Zoning R4A.. can build 5 two family homes..

would really appreciate anyone who has done this type of project as to time frame, cost..etc and what would they have done differently if they could go back in time?
