New deal for a newbie

Hello, I am in the process of putting together a new development deal. I am still trying to think of all fixed cost. Does anyone know how much it would cost to build a duplex (each apartment would be 2300 sq ft) I am open to any suggestions and idea. Thanks! Tori

Hi Tori. New development deals can be big projects to handle. I just became colleagues with a very respected BP developer from Oswego CO ( I think that's somewhat close to you) named @Jay Hinrichs. He invests down here in the south (Charleston SC). Perhaps you can befriend him and gain some of his knowledge and expertise. If anyone can tell you the insides and outs of development projects in CO, he could. Hope it helps. Good Luck.
