Development forecasting techniques
What are some methods used by both commercial and residential real estate developers to analyze and forecast potential growth in different cities and regions? Are there macro economic signs developers look for that show potential expansion or retraction in a metro area? Or are there methods of mathematical analysis that better predict these trends?
Thanks!
Ryan
