As someone who is first starting out in the home building process; would you recommend I go to a Job core and learn about the various trades in construction, or focus on learning the accounting and money management side of things? I was considering working at habitat for humanity to learn a thing or two! What would you advise? Also how should I go about getting financing for such a project as building single family homes and selling them retail?
