Good Afternoon BP Family! 

I'd like to introduce you to an amazing raw land opportunity in Chatham County North Carolina (NC). I'm posting this for a colleague of mine who is the listing agent and figured I'd help him get more exposure on this. 

The land is +- 119 acres un-zoned.  The address is 0 Grade Bryant Road in Moncure.

@James Hutson  Ithink the mods will want this in the market place

@John D.  there is definitely unzoned property designations.

usually it will be   "unclassified" or some other such nomenclature.

You will see that often in very rural areas...

APN is also a CA term... assessors parcel number   not a common description for many other states.  like in Oregon folks would  just ask for the  legals   :)
