All good points. I have been buying and selling property in the Cabo area for 9 years with out a hitch. Rather than financing I would prefer a partner. Hands on or off. Half ownership without debt is preferable to getting into debt. I see you are located in Venice Beach. I lived on Ocean Front Walk and Buccaneer.  Many moons ago. Thanks for your input.

I was asked to prepare a Pro Forma for my B and B. I did not know how to create one and I am assuming depending on the type of business the the format will be different. I am not sure I am aloud to attach it here so I can get some feedback. Can Someone tell me if it would be OK and not against the rules?

Hola mis nuevos amigos. Hello my new friends. Let me introduce myself. I am from Southern California and moved to Mexico about 9 years ago. I have been a builder for 40 years. I am currently building a beach front bed and breakfast on the the Pacific Ocean north of Cabo San Lucas. I  hopeful I will find a investor-partner to complete construction. Imagine owning 50% of a B and B and making 30% annual return on investment. And of course your own get away complete with chef and house keeping. Making money in paradise.

I moved to Mexico, north of Cabo San Lucas 9 years ago. I bought property on the beach, on the Pacific Ocean. Because local hotels and bed and breakfast businesses are doing very well I decided to build a 10 suite B and B. I knew that I would have to bring in additional money to continue the construction that is about 40% complete. In the past I have always worked with banks in Southern California. That is not possible here so I have been trying to bring in an investor, hands on or off partner. I have been pursuing this for some time without success. I am starting to think that the bad press about Mexico has hurt my efforts. But why then are so many tourists coming down Any feedback would be helpful.
