Second Spec Build in Ellijay Ga
We just completed due diligence on a waterfront lot for our second spec build in North Ga. This will be another modified DEN Outdoors Plan. We will be adding a day light basement to their Studio House plan to capture views of the lake we are building on. Hoping to bring this one to market in late Summer 2025. If you're interested in building in the Atlanta Metro area or North Ga lets connect!

wow never seen flat roof designs in that part of the country.

how are those bedrooms with no closest in them considered bedrooms.. ???
these were common west coast rambler designs.. Sans the closet situation :)

Hi @Ian Porter. I love that area! I recently financed three new builds in the Jasper area near Big Canoe and I'll be heading up with my family shortly after Christmas for a "tour". We decided to make a mini-working-vacation out of it and grabbed a STR outside of Blue Ridge. One of our biggest clients plans on building more up there and meeting another GC or two would certainly make sense. Congrats on the project. I hope to connect with you soon.
