Best Utah Cities to Develop In

I am a Realtor and Land Developer based out of Weber County, Utah. I specialize in Multi-Family and Single Family Residential Development as well as Commercial and Flex Space. My team currently has multiple projects underway throughout the Salt Lake Valley. My team is also well connected to this sector of the industry allowing us to be experts in Land listings as well as have access to numerous Off-Market Listings.

I am wondering who else does land development/entitlement in Ogden and Weber County as well as the best Cities to do so in. If anyone has an experience it would be great if you would let me know where you are developing, what type of development, as well as your experience throughout the process. Thanks!

@Luke Pearson, great to connect with someone else along the Wasatch front. I have worked my entire career in construction and last 2 years performing entitlements, permitting, and construction for industrial developments along the Wasatch. There are definitely some municipalities that are easier to get along with than others, but all are open to development. I'd be happy to connect some time if you wanted to discuss further.

Thanks Jed for the insight. Lets connect, it would be great to learn more about the industrial development process as well as some opportunities in that side of industry!
