Cape Coral new construction - In need of a new builder

Hello BP Family,

I am in need of a reputable builder/GC in Cape Coral who is willing to take on a partially finished new construction home. The home is about 50-60 percent complete. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Tough spot! I am working with 6 owners that are building new houses. Every one of them has switched builders and every one of them is having problems with the new builder. Unfortunately, I do not have any recommendations but be careful on who you select.

@Michael Simmonds

I've spoken to many investors in the same predicament; I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. I'm in the process of meeting and vetting two (for now) Cape Coral builders who might have the expertise and bandwidth to take over partially built projects like yours. I should know more later this week.

@Peter Davis. Thank you for the information. I know there are many others in the same situation. I am still getting quotes from builders. Please let me know if these builders are up for the job and I will definitely reach out to them.

Thank you!

 Hi @Michael Simmonds where are you at with this? Did you find a builder?

@Michael Simmonds Is this a cash deal or do you need financing. If you need financing it is basically considered a construction bail out but it doable.
