Development percentage for building

Qua Brown
Posted

I have about 11 acres of land in Atlanta that needs to be cleared out and developed on. My plan is  to build townhomes on it.  My question if I team up with a developer and they build the townhomes.  What is the standard percentage I will make off of each townhome?

There's no standard. What the land worth, what are the units/homes worth, how many units can the property support, what needs to be done to get there, entitlements, mapping, permitting, and how long does that all take. These are all questions that go into an answer.
