Wedding & Event Venue

Hi my name is David. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with building/operating an event venue. In short, I own a Farm Property along the " Foxen Canyon Wine Trail " in Santa Barbara County, surrounded by vineyards and farms. My property has a 25 flat acre entrance, 10 acre oak hill woodland backdrop of the entrance and a 12 acre Mesa overlooking the entirety of the property. Mix of Mature Oak, Willow, and Eucalyptus trees.  I would like a post and beam construction & have particularly been eyeing this kit from DC Structures. Any info about this company would be appreciated as well.  https://dcstructures.com/kits/...

* No, I don't want to sell the land before anyone asks, ;) *
