Need Investors for Investment in Columbus, GA

Hello everyone, I have a client who needs six (6) credit partners with a credit score over 700 in an construction project, called Dorsey Estates here in Columbus. Right now, Columbus is booming in real estate because of the base realignment and closure (BRAC) that is to take place here. He has already purchased the land and has a consultation from the engineering company. For the use of your credit he is willing to compensate you $20,000 for a year. He is projecting the development to start in mid-August 2007. The houses in the neighborhood are going for $200K and above. This is my first time getting involved with something like this, so send me the questions.
