By far the best I have worked with is Brad Guinn at North Pointe Bank. He has a hybrid product that is a one-time close and automatically converts to a perm loan upon completion. I just closed one with him last week and have more in the pipeline for the beginning of 23'.

I don't know where you are at in the process but let's connect, and I would be happy to share what I can.
