What's up everybody? My name is Vince and I'm in NC. I'm a licensed GC, homebuilder and Realtor, and also have access to other homebuilders, a light developer (think no more than 15 lots), possibly some capital and pretty much any "boots on the ground" needed to do a construction deal.
