I am looking to gain experience in real estate development. I have a particular interest in residential sustainable cluster divisions, but more importantly, I am looking to gain experience in the development sector. I currently own and am working on my own 73 acre Open Space Residential Development, but my primary goal at this time is to learn the ropes.

I have 73 acres of land in MA that has a local ANR (approval note required) for a Open Space Residential Development. This is going to be a sustainable cluster development. I am looking to team up with experienced like minded individuals.

I need a bigger and badder space for my business. Simultaneously, I'm eager to buy my first investment property! So I think this is good place for me to start. My goal is to buy/build a building with 1-10 units. My business would occupy one unit, and I'd rent the rest. 

I am particularly interested in recommendations for books, videos, podcasts or any other educational materials on this type of project. I am also open to working with agents or other professionals in the Massachusetts for this project.
