New Developments - San Diego & Mexico

Hello!!

I have two developments happening with people I know that own their land. I am looking to create the best contracts to protect everyone involved AND gain more insight into the legal side of things for developments.

We may be getting any funding from relationships we already have... so there isn't a license that I need. (from what I understand :)). BUT any tips, articles, books into raising money for developments of raw land? (1 parcel will be renovation)

**and one of the properties is in Mexico, so any contact for a good tax and business attorneys for this would be amazing!!!

THANKS FOR BEING SUCH AN AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE! I AM LOVING READING UP ON THE FORUMS EVERY SO OFTEN ;)

Spring Valley.

We just had conversations with someone with a private lender and commercial new construction loans...so we are keeping it open. I am open to sharing any contacts if it is helpful!

I am also creating a proposal for family and friends to join us in on the adventure :)
