Sewer scope inspection

Hi all, I just paid a sewer scope inspection. the observation was:

" A belly was noted in the line. A belly occurs when settling or compaction of the soil occurs below the pipe and causes the pipe to have a low spot
where water can collect. The belly does not show signs of causing an obstruction at this time
• A buildup of scale on the walls of the pipe was noted."

the SFH was built 1967. Was the sewer bad per the report? thnak you!

Quote from @Neil Quinn:
Can I ask how much you paid for a sewer scope on top of a regular inspection?

It's usually $300 or so. An absolute must for any home purchase. even on newer houses....
