First Apartment walkthrough

I have my first apartment walkthrough Friday! 23 units! What do I look for? How do I do it? What do I need to ask? Help.

@Daniel Carty when you say you are doing a walk through, are you trying to buy the property? If this is your first commercial deal, why not find a local mentor, agent or investor who can walk it with you? I believe Grant Warrington works in that area. For some reason I can't tag him, but @Joel Florek can you tag him to this conversation?
