Where can I find out more about syndication?

Hi all, good morning. Where can I find out more about HOW to actual do syndication (if that is how you say it?)? I have a small opportunity for about 20 multi-family homes totaling about $1.5M and I'm hoping to dive in and begin learning about syndication. Thanks!

Hi @Allison Macalik!

My advice would be to find a mentor and get involved in a multifamily group.  That way you can learn from an expert on how to successfully purchase a large 100+ unit apartment complex and get involved as a general partner.  Back in 2017, my husband and I found Think Multifamily based in Dallas, TX.  Joining their mentorship program allowed us to learn the ropes of syndication and get involved as general partners on several larger multifamily apartments.  We really resonated with Mark and @Tamiel Kenney of Think Multifamily and the amazing people in the TMF group.  It's been over 3 years now since we've joined their group and our business has really grown.  If you have any interest in getting on a call, feel free to reach out.  Josh and I love meeting other investors!

Emily
