Best multifamily markets

I am creating this discussion to talk about what investors are finding to be the best multifamily markets to invest in. I am currently doing some research on different markets and I would like to hear which markets are working for different types of investors. I would be interested to hear from everyone their thoughts on the current market and where they think the market for multifamily will go. I think a lot of people on here could benefit from hearing other peoples successes and troubles with particular markets.
