Anyone Investing in Berks County, Lehigh Valley Pa?

I recently explored some old towns in Berks/Lehigh Valley.

It was good to see Reading is blooming again, with many new immigrants starting small businesses. Pride of ownership shows with the shiny new small business fronts on the main streets.

Other local towns also seem to be on the rise.

I have a lead on a few multi families in the area. Prices are very good against rents.

I'm interested to hear from others investing in the area, as well as agents and property managers there.

Thanks!

The valley has been a hot market for a long time and just been getting more competitive during the pandemic. Any good SFHs are only on the market for a day or two before going to highest and best offers. There are some deals to be had but they are tougher to find on the MLS. Reading is certainly getting some more movement lately with so much in Allentown/Bethlehem being so in demand, same with Palmerton and Leighton.
