Hi all! New accredited investor here on BP! Which market in the DMV would you invest in small/medium sized apartment buildings? Looking for a growing market that is more landlord friendly. I’d like to start local before expanding to other parts of the country. Also, feel free to connect if you are a local investor, looking to grow my network. Thanks!

You can get a 6 unit in DC rehabbed for $1m, 20 unit in Brightwood for $4.5m, 10 unit in Cap Hill for $3m, 16 unit in Frederick for $2.6m, 5 unit in Takoma Park for like $800km under $1m in Baltimore. Prices are all over the map depending on the location on a map.
