We are considering developing approx 280 Townhomes/Single Family Homes in Berkeley County, WV, but we want to make sure there is a demand for it. We are looking to hire a realtor, can anyone recommend a real estate agent familiar with that area that can help us evaluate the property/land/location?

@Russell Brazil Looking to start with an investment of $500k, I guess that would get me a $2M loan? Looking to invest in an area with population growth and good median incomes that can afford the rental units. Those numbers aren’t necessarily set in stone, for the right deal we’d be willing to invest more or partner up with someone. Just trying to learn the different markets in the area and connect with the right people to find good deals.
