Ballpark construction costs of multi family in bronx?

Who has completed a new construction of a multi-family property in the Bronx? Looking to start one soon but want to figure out budgetary numbers. I cant accurate numbers from anyone because i don't have any plans yet of course. From your experience, what did you end up paying per construction sq ft of the entire project? Interior finish work vs exterior brick work etc priced into one number or separate ?
