Hi all! I am residential agent who is reaching out to investors and construction companies who are looking for off-market listings and then contacting commercial brokers to see if they have any pocket listings. How would both sides get paid?

Hi @Lauren Dokell, great work looking in the nooks and crannies to find a deal for your clients!!

When you are having the conversations with the potential seller or listing agent, simply ask if there is cooperative commission being offered (if it is an agent) or if that includes realtor fees (if it is a builder) and, if so,  simply use a Compensation Agreement form to make sure that's spelled out clearly.  If not, you'll need to inform the potential buyer that there would be an additional fee)
