Is an agent going into a JV deal with a wholesaler smart? What are some positives/negatives to think about before signing the agreement.

Is there another agreement/fee that may work better for the buyer agent/their client?

I chatted an investor that I wanted to network with him. (I am an agent) He responded that he was looking for off-market deals and if I had any. I don’t personally have any but I know of other investors who do. How do I connect the two investors together and get a compensated for doing so.

@Todd Dexheimer Just learned this. In the letter of intent is there a way to make it known how the commission will be handled?

Hi all! I am residential agent who is reaching out to investors and construction companies who are looking for off-market listings and then contacting commercial brokers to see if they have any pocket listings. How would both sides get paid?
