Redevelopment consulting and finders fee %
I’ve done research already on this but I’d like to know what you may think. I’m finding the investor or partner in all scenarios.
How much would you ask a city to pay for your finders fee to bring businesses to a downtown location?
And how much for a finders fee on a commercial sale, also paid by the city? (Private seller)
Or, how much for an acquisition fee per 100,000 on a commercial property owned by the city?
