If you have cash and can afford to sell high to get more cash and diversify your money, you could wait. Wait for a dip or a great deal. Also, look internationally at Real Estate.

If you can buy and own land that’s headed for major development you can make a lot of money?

So even if you pay more for the property it’s worth it?
